Questions

Do I have to be home, to have my home cleaned?

No, you don't need to be home to have your home cleaned, you can leave a key or key code with us for our Cleaning Technicians to access your home and they will lock up behind themselves when completed.

 

What should I expect when the Cleaning Technicians arrive? 

All scheduled appointments have an arrival time window of 60 minutes. When the first Cleaning Technician arrives they will do a walk through of your home. After discussing your wants and needs they will unpack their vehicles and get started. Your time doesn't start until they start cleaning.

Do I need to supply equipment?

No, you don't need to supply any equipment, although we recommend the use of your vacuum. Please note that we do not use bleach or any harsh chemicals. If you would like us to use your product please leave a note in your inquiry as well as instruction at your appointment.

 

What if something is missed or not cleaned properly?

We do NOT offer refunds. If you are not fully satisfied with the service you have received, please give us a call within 24 hours of your appointment and we will send a Cleaning Technician to your home to resolve any complaint. 

 

What is the availability of service?

Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We accept appointments from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM Monday thru Friday. Weekend appointments may be available upon request for an additional charge.

 

 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We require a 48 hour notice before your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to comply with the 48 hour notice will result in loss of deposit for cancellations and a $25.00 fee for rescheduling.

 

Should I tip the Technician?

It is your choice to tip or not. If you do choose to tip, the tip will be split evenly between the Cleaning Technicians. Tips need to be paid to the Cleaning Technicians in a separate check or in cash. We are unable to accept credit cards for tips at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

 

How much does it cost to have my house cleaned?

Each home is different. The estimate you are quoted will be based on factors such as your package selection, square footage of your home, number of bedrooms/ bathrooms and condition. Please fill out the the price inquiry form to receive an estimate!

 

How can I share my experience? 

If you are excited about the service you received, please leave us a review on Yelp!  Other platforms you could leave us a review on include Facebook, Angie's List, and Google. In exchange we will give you $10.00 off a future service.

 

What if I accidentally lock the Cleaning Technicians out?

If you realize that you have locked out the Cleaning Technicians, please call our office as soon as possible to reschedule. $25.00 will be deducted from your deposit for rescheduling. If the Cleaning Technicians have already arrived to your home and you are forced to cancel there will be a $50.00 deduction from your deposit.

 

Are my valuables safe?

Yes, we are a licensed and insured company. All of our employees have a background check ran on them before they are hired.

 

What are the available payment options?

We prefer check or cash. If you would like to pay by credit card you can send payment via Venmo (@thegreatergoodgc)

When should I book my home cleaning? 

While we can sometimes accommodate last minute appointments, we recommend scheduling an appointment two weeks before your desired appointment date. 

 

Will I always have the same Cleaning Technician?

We will always do our best to send the same Cleaning Technicians but in the case that we can't you will always be notified of any changes made. If you love a particular Cleaning Technicians service, please let us know and we will do everything we can to assure he or she is available for your appointment. 

 

How can I save money on my cleaning service?

We offer a military, senior citizen, first responder and return client discount. You can also leave us a review on Google, Yelp or Facebook and receive $10.00 off your next service or you can refer a friend for $25.00 off your next service.

 

How long will the Cleaning Technicians be in my home?

The length of time required to clean your home is highly dependent on condition. You can expect the Cleaning Technicians to be in your home for between two to five hours for a standard appointment. If due to condition, the Cleaning Technicians may need additional time to complete your appointment according to our strict standards.
